Pretty sure it's always Kosher.
They have a kosher restaurant on site.

I don't think all the food is kosher, though they do have a kosher restaurant on site.

I would suggest calling first to know if it's open.

What other food is there? There's a kosher dairy and meat restaurant. The hotel is owned by a frum person. There's even a mikvah on site.

Afaik, if you order breakfast/dinner through room service, it's not automatically kosher.

Where would it come from, if not the hotel/restaurant kitchen?
Although whenever I was here before they rebranded/changed their name , I don't believe they even had food room service options....

Hotel kitchen and restaurant kitchen are not the same.
