I like how chabad does birthday parties. Everyone puts some money in a Pushka, and everyone gives the birthday girl a bracha

Add some Torah (have the birthday girl say a short Dvar Torah), Tefillah (everyone say Tehillim for the soldiers or hostages), and Tzedakah (have coins for everyone to give).
You can also put out lots of cool markers and crayons and write letters to send to soldiers.
Mazel Tov on the birthday!

Make tambourines! Buy some plain ones and then have them decorate with paint or markers, stencils, etc

Maybe make cards for the families of the hostages, cards for the soldiers, make challah, make candles, make tzeddukah boxes, have all the kids bring in presents for the hostages families, a Brachohs party, say Tehillim, make mezuzah cases, I’ll try to think of more.. Mazel Tov on your daughters birthday..

I second taking challah. Can be so much fun and a big mitzvah at the same time. Win win

Adding to this she should take on a hachlata. She doesn’t have to tell anyone what it is.
Also say the 12 pesukim. You don’t need to be Lubavitch to say them (duh!)
