I got married 5 years ago and can't find our wedding video.
Do you think our photographer kept our video on file?
I'm so devastated! My kids are finally old enough to ask to see it.

They keep it up to a certain point. Some only for a year. Definitely doesn’t hurt to ask

I dont know about other studios, but the one I work for keeps everything. It might take a few weeks to send it out since the harddrives are only connected to the computer for a year, after that they're stored so it will need to be gotten and connected to access. There is a charge for resending video after a year or two...
