It's usually a combination of what I can find. First hand me downs of course, then the cheap stores.. an occasional nicer thing.

For those voting $5-$10,10 years ago that was very doable but in the last couple of years even the cheapest stores usually run a bit more. Thin t-shirt & leggings can be had for $5 each (or 4.50) but not a warmer sweater.

I voted 35/40 but I get my babies very few things and wash often (I posted this before and ppl thought it’s weird but I find it easiest).

I also have some hand me downs so I end up buying 2/3ish things per size.

It varies. 25-30$ on a velour stretchy. Less than 10$ on bodysuits and leggings as I buy the bodysuits in multipacks. Spring summer my babies live in those. Love how easy diaper changes are.

These threads always confuse me. Where do you buy leggings for $3? And I have never seen a zara sweatshirt for $10. They are more like $18 when on sale.

Bulk packs on sale at target, Walmart or children's place. I can generally get for $3-4 a pair, depending on baby or kids sizing. They're around $4-5 full price, and often have buy one get one 50% off or just 25% off. Or stack children's place coupons
