need to lose extra fifty + pounds. can u recommend nutritionist who takes insurance and will do phone sessions or communicate through email?

I used one for weight gain and she was great!

brooklyn. but why does it matter where I live? I dont want to go down to office or zoom. phone or email only. was that the case with u?

I just you know insurance will often only work within your state or area.
It might be better to look on your insurance and see what nutritionists are covered and then look for reviews of them

lots do zoom now. if your insurance doesn't pay for it, you can get someone who lets you buy a package which isn't bad.

Try Rita Singer based out of Passaic, NJ but I believe she does remote as well. Takes many insurance plans.
Personal recommendation and have referred her to family members and colleagues.
