I recently bought a 1 family home, with 2 zone heating (one thermostat for 1st floor and one thermostat for 2nd floor), why does air coming from some heating vents feel cold, even though heat is working and getting house to desired temperature?
Sitting near some vents in the winter feels like air conditioning rather than heating?
I googled and I read it can be filter related. We put a new filter in. No change.
