Any resources to help find a babysitter who can help a family flying with two kids in the flight from Israel to New York (and back)?

Ideally someone who would want to be going around the desired time anyway and the family would make their tickets together so they’re on the same flight. They’d pay for the babysitting on the flight of course.
If that’s not doable, then pay for a ticket…
Just trying to think what resources there would be.

I would think the best would be to advertise on the nshei email in as many areas as possible with what you are looking for.
I've often seen such emails.

Depends how crucial the babysitter is - if they would not fly without one then don't go for this idea.
But I would suggest booking the flight, getting to the airport, and then trying to find someone there and then - who you will offer to pay for them to help you out during the flight.
I mean it's not really babysitting is it - I doubt the parents will be sitting at one end of the plane and leaving their kids with this babysitter for the whole flight - it sounds more like someone to help out - hold one of the kids for a bit to give the parents a break, etc.
If I got the wrong idea, then this idea won't work.
