Each room has different things to do. One room you have to get balls in baskets, one you shoot lasers at different, another you walk on a wall holding on to different colors, another you have to run to different color squares when it calls it out, another you have to for in and out of lasers without touching any, another you have to avoid the red line that moves around the room.. as you pass levels it gets harder. Each room has a few types of games to choose for example memory challenge, speed challenge, matching challenge etc.. it’s like computer/ phone games except you do it with your whole body.

You can see a lot of information here https://playactivate.com/newjersey

It’s recommended for older kids but young kids like it too.

Each player chooses their own level or the same level for the whole group?
If I have teens and younger kids- will they all enjoy?

Levels go in order you have to start with 1. You can choose type of game for each room some are easier than others. We did it as a family all ages toddler through teen and everyone had a great time.

It’s a good activity for varying ages because the younger kids can USUALLY participate and for the ones they can’t, it’s just a few minutes each room so not a big deal if they don’t know what they’re doing in some rooms.
I think it’s best for ages 6-8 and up.
