Looking for a flexible job either Monsey or remote

Due to family circumstances it’s hard to take a 9-5 job.
I need something if in office will start at 10 and be flexible with days.
Or something remote with no set hours.
I know it’s a long shot but very desperate as my husband is not well and can’t work and the bills are piling up.
I do have 2 very part time flexible jobs and would like to get another.
Currently I schedule appointments for both offices.
Any leads would be most appreciated.

That would be great. The only thing is, is there some flexibility if I need to go to an appointment that time?
I can't rely on my husband to take my child to an appointment because he is not well and it's all on me.
