Anxiety in teen- whom to talk to?

She feels a fog over her brain. I tried vitamins. She can’t swallow them. She cries every day before going to school. I believe 95% is in her head. She over thinks things. Whom can I call for guidance?

Of course it's in her head. It's a brain thing. And overthinking is a symptom of anxiety, not a cause.

Has she been worked up for celiac and Lyme? Long covid? That's what the brain fog is making me think, though there can certainly be a 100 other causes.

Would she be open to supplements in liquid form?

Yes. She’d be open to liquid supplements. Got any to recommend? She is taking omega 3.

It started from a medical episode and now it escalated into anxiety. I would love to help her heal so she can be back to her happy self again. I don’t know what to do.

She isn’t ready to go to one yet at this point. I would talk to someone and they can guide me.

Depends where you are located. In Brooklyn you can call premium health, they have a behavioral/ mental health department.
