I want to get my 9 month old a car seat. Any recommendations on a cheap good quality one? Very important that it should be high enough for my baby to look out of the window in my small car.

Graco extend 2 fit has amazing reviews and top recommendations. The MSRP is not so low but I've been seeing it on sale blogs like Dan's deals fairly often around $150. I'd set a price watch and wait for it.

No idea, sorry. I'm assuming most do. They're pretty bulky, in general. But it's been a while since I was in that parsha.
