Where is the cheapest place to buy paper goods, tablecloths and cutlery?

Ghinidi on Aggirpas is expensive.

There's one place in the open shuk, I think prices there are quite good.

In geula there is a place on yechezkel on the left just past kikar shabbos that's also good. There used to be one down some stairs somewhere but I don't know if it still around.
