Privmavera & Bites have a party room.
Rendezvous does sheva brachos after hours in the restaurant. I think Manche Pani & Rella do as well.

Fireside will block off space in their larger extra room. I believe their max is 25 people though.

I don't think they have a party room.
I have made several Sheva brachos there and they just blocked off tables for us.
But the food is very good.
