went for consult. of course dr recs to remove addenoids, but said not a must if I first try tubes alone

I'm very crunchy, but if I were you and seriously trying to avoid removal, I would try an allopathic anti histamine first. Once I established that it was helping I would possibly try to switch over to the natural version and see if I could get the same effect.
