Looking for romance movies that aren't too fake.
More realistic.
Meaning, some are so fake, not real life style. As a simple example how boy girl that meet can't stand each other. And before you know it they are in love. Usualy these things take time especially if you can't stand each other from the begining. Not sure if I am being clear.

Another question, do you just watch romance, or also 'hot' (but fairly clean) movies?

I found this movie on YouTube it’s in Ukraine or another langue so lips don’t match up but it had lots of views so we tried it, we really enjoyed. It was romance and comedy together. It’s called millionaire in love with poor maid. By the The golden collection.

The 1995 BBC miniseries version of Pride and Prejudice is excellent.

There's also a 1995 version of Persuasion which is very good.

Ang Lee's interpretation on Sense and Sensibility from the 1990s strays from the original text a bit, but it is also excellent.

But it's a complex plot, and doesn't suit everyone. I saw it as a kid, and I was impressed by the adventure, but I remember there was at least one over-the-top scene.

The 1995 Sense and Sensibility was a movie shown in theaters when it came out. Maybe you can find it on Netflix or Amazon?
