I don't usually buy fish since it's expensive but I bought frozen tilapia fillets on sale.
What can I make that will hopefully appeal to semi picky kids who usually will only eat salmon?
Thank you

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, smear duck sauce. Bake on 350 for about 45 minutes.
Top with salt & pepper. Saute onion, red peppers, mushrooms. Spoon on to tilapia & bake.
Bread & fry.

My mother used to make a recipe when I was a very picky kid that was a white fish topped with ritz crackers. We loved it. There are probably a million recipes on google for it.
I also have a recipe that has mayo and parm cheese.
Fish tacos are always a fun dinner.

I oil spray it and sprinkle with your favorite spices. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes!
You can also mix garlic cube with a little bit of oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and French mustard. Pour on fish and bake.

I make what we like to call "schnitzel fish" I lay the fish on a sheet pan and mix mayo, ketchup spices(salt dill garlic powder and onion powder) in a cup then I spread it on top with a spoon and sprinkle a heavy amount of bread crumbs on top I spray it generously with oil and put it on about 450-500 for about 15-20mn it is so easy and comes out delicious and of course most of all kid friendly!
