Time Sensitive because Id like to try going there today (unless someone is familiar with those stores and says not to).
On the Meridian website they list their retailers. I see that in one zip in Union City (close to NYC) there are very many stores.
Its actually pretty close to NYC and Union City frum neighborhoods.

Is anyone familiar with this area? Is it worthwhile to go see the furniture before purchase, and buy in a place that may stock some models that otherwise youd only see a picture, online?
