My baby is overtired and desperate for sleep but she can’t relax her body enough to actually fall asleep.
She keeps turning her head and kicking, yanking her paci out of her mouth etc
How can I help her relax and calm down???

Wrap her in a blanket and take her outside, sing or play some music with her and pace up and down

My baby loves when I gently massage her head.

My baby likes pressure on his tummy, so maybe try positions that will put pressure on her belly. Sometime I'll let them cry a few minutes without the paci, then when I put it in it's much more needed and calms them down better. Patience is key, even though it's really hard!

Warm bath with Lavender soap, rocking in the stroller, swaddle.
Good luck!
