Dh has a trim beard. he has tried trimming it on his own with a wahl trimmer, but keeps getting uneven trims. Long in some parts, and bald spots in others.
Recently he has been going to the barber for trims and it comes out looking so nice.
But he would like to try to save money and trim it on his own.
Is there a better kind of trimmer that would be kinda no-fail where he can't mess up even if he's not the best at it?
Any recommendations?

Following as well. Went through a few but never perfectly satisfied. DH hasn't tried the peanut yet, but heard people like it.
