Without knowing your figure and assuming
That this is for spring, my first thought would be with an ivory- possibly linen - high waisted knee length a- line skirt and a matching button down shirt with which you would leave the cardigan open. Alternatively a slim fitting ivory shell could work with the buttons closed.
Wear with delicate gold jewellery and ballet flats in either ivory, gold or in the lighter blue colour in the embroidery.
