Someone close to me is in need of a good discreet private investigator that is licensed and reports can be used in the court system.
Any idea where I can find out who is available and if they're good at their job?
Anyone have a name to recommend?

You can google TOTPI. He’s a frum PI. He says that before hiring him people should be aware that they may find out bad things. So that if they were thinking not to act on what they find, then they shouldn’t hire him.

I know it's 4 hours away but Baltimore has a good frum PI, David Cohen. It's possible he travels or has a rec for someone in NY

The private investigator does not have to be Jewish or frum. I need someone who is familiar with Brooklyn, is discreet and is licensed in NY and can provide a report that can be submitted in a NY court.
Where can I find out who is qualified for my needs?

Ask a good lawyer who practices in the field they will ultimately need. They can tell you PI who impressed them in court.
