I am hosting a Purim Seuda (buffet style) for about 50 people. I would like to cook everything in advance because I do not want to do any cooking on Purim itself. What are some things I can make and freeze in advance. I already know that I will make stuffed cabbage. Need more freezable ideas

Do you want to prepare and then just stick in oven the day of?

Clean and marinate chicken, freeze in trays raw (can also cook halfway or all the way)

Knish. Prep and freeze raw (no mayo)

Rice can be frozen

Pulled meat (serve with buns, tacos etc or make meat pizza)

Any kind of kugel or make in muffin sizes

Pumpkin pie or muffin size

Make a menu of what you would like to serve!

You can do rice in the oven day of purim, takes 5 minutes.(basically same as warming up)
You can prepare chicken with spices and cook in oven day of purim. Or you can make shnitzel and freeze. Add sauce and warm up day of purim.
You can make roast. Slice and freeze in ziplock bags and save sauce in containers.
Potato kugel freezes well. Cranberry kugels in muffin cups look nice and freeze well.
You can definitely freeze dessert (ice cream/mousse cups/pies) and cake!
If you make frozen vegetables it takes a few minutes to spice and put in oven.

Roasts in gravy
Breaded raw chicken fingers. Bake them on cookie sheets for easy cleanup.
Potato knishes
To add with pasta, sautéed cabbage (kraut), sweet crumbs (braizel). Cook the pasta day or two before. Toss with add ins.
The sweet crumbs can be added to gnocchi as well to make shlishkes. Or mushroom sauce with gnocchi.
Franks in blanks.
Any kugels freeze amazing.
Desserts freeze amazing!!

Thanks for these great ideas!

I am hosing it in our shul which just has a warmer and a fridge/freezer.
I plan on bringing all frozen pans to shul on Thursday and putting it in shul's freezer until I put it in the warmer.

Can I freeze already made sesame chicken?
