Look on refuah.com, it's a website run by bikur cholim of lakewood. They list many many hospitals all over and have information about each place. There may be information about accommodations or contact information for a liason you can call. Refuah shleima!

They said they closed the guest house down during covid and never opened it back up. What is Ronald McDonald?

I called bikur cholim from Monsey and they said there’s someplace in Westchester hospital, about a 30 minute walk. Think the one from Lakewood has a different one or they’re all connected?

Ronald MacDonald is the non-Jewish equivalent of a Bikkur cholim house

Ronald Mcdonald is a non jewish organization that has houses near hospitals all over the US, for the use of patients & their families.
It can get tricky though over shabbos, depending on the house.
And the bedrooms are private, the rest of the house is communal.
