Or make them fresh?

If you freeze them, how long in advance can you defrost and package up?

I froze them in large containers in my deep freezer the doesn't cause freezer burn.
One day my kid left it open for a few hours and now the containers are nestled in a bunch if snow..... Banging head

But I took out a few, defrosted it and tasted it. It tastes just like when I put it in bh!!!

Will probably put it into the containers one day next week and do UT very quickly. Efore it can defrost and put it back. (It's simple easy and fast to do. I just don't have the stuff yet. And defrost it motzash.
