did I miss all the frum baby stores sales? are any still going on for dresses for my 1.5 yo?

Most of the stores are done with winter clothing. They try to clear out the season before putting out new merchandise.
Some may have a bit left on their websites.
For future reference this is approximate season schedule
Feb- Spring /summer arrivals
After shavuos- first sales
July- clearance summer sales
August- fall/winter arrivals
Chanuka- sales start
January-clearance winter sales

Idk where you live and if you're comfortable with past year seasons, but tottini and kidichic have really cute stuff from previous seasons

Gerber has insane sales. Limited dress options but worth a look! Carter's also has great sales lately and a bigger selection.
Also try:
Target
Walmart
NOT KIDDING - great prices and decent stuff.
