I usually go to a judaica store Ave ask them for a book
In general my kids love middos man books at around that age, so I get that a lot
(Just realizing as I type this that my current almost upsherin son is on a way lower book level than my other kids were at that age… so maybe not all kids love middos man then)

I think it can be nice to give a book that’s on a slightly higher level for the kid so they could put it away.
