How much dough do I use for a nice regular sized challah?

I make 8 challos from my 5lbs recipe!
I don't weight my dough.
We have a minhag to cut both challos for each meal so they're med/small so regular might be more like 6 challos out of 5lbs recipe!
I don’t think there's a "regular" size. It also depends on how fluffy your challa comes out!
Take your dough and experiment to see which size you like best!

What size pans? Eyeball it to fit in the pans....I do all different sizes.
