I have ADHD with ADHD kids so I parent the opposite of my mother lol but some resources that I found really really really helpful:
I took a course on Collaborative Problem Solving offered through the Associated Talmud Torahs. I don't know if they are open to mothers out of Chicago but they do some sessions on Zoom and some in person. https://www.att.org/ you can email them and ask.
A local mental health non profit is doing a series on ADHD and the first 3 episodes have so many nuggets of wisdom.

Yesterday Jewish Workshops had a parenting summit and had Dr. Chassia Bozcko and Dr. Ilyssa Bass who both spoke on ADHD and complex behaviors. I think you can still purchase recordings. Just email them Jewishworkshops@jewishworkshops.com.
They also have a course on ADHD from Sarah Chana Radcliffe.
