Ordered a dress for my Simcha that was supposed to arrive last week and still hasn't. Customer service has been unresponsive. I have disputed the charge and need to work on finding something new.

I need it to arrive within 2 weeks. Require little to no alteration (I'm ok with wearing a shell at this point, but would rather avoid if possible). I am on the large end of regular size and small end of plus size, so stores that cater to plus size are appreciated, but I can try regular stores too. I need a large selection as I'm picky with style and I need a specific color. Looking to spend under 300. Online only.

This might do fine. Various colors and sizes available. You can probably have it in a few days. It might need hemming. Not hard.

You will figure out what evening cape or drape-y silk scarf to pin around the top to make it more modest.

Fyi I also ordered a dress on eshakti for an upcoming Simcha and it never arrived. Customer service was good, they told me they were having issues with their fabric supply and refunded me without any issues BH. I wasn't willing to wait any more even though they said they could get it to me but much later than I was comfortable waiting. It felt too risky so I cancelled and was refunded. Mazel tov and hatzlacha!

Misook Brand has nice things in extended sizes. Go to a store like Nordstrom, Saks, or Neiman Marcus and work with their personal shopper.

This thread was started March 13 and OP said she needs it within 2 weeks. That means the simcha was already more than 2 weeks ago. I hope she found a dress by now.
