Anyone have a recipe for coffee-flavored cake? I usually Google things, but for some reason, Google has no idea what I'm talking about.

I think I'd like this too. Doing coffee themed MM.
I think The Pioneer Woman has a coffee flavored cake on her blog, from years ago.

You need to look up mocha cake. Coffee cake usually refers to cinnamon crumb cake eaten with coffee but doesn't actually have coffee in it.
The first BY cookbook has an excellent mocha cake recipe

Ha yes! I was searching a while ago for a coffee and cheese muffin recipe. A different time I was searching for coffee cake. Both searches gave me recipes with zero coffee in it. Hello? I wanted something that had a strong coffee flavor!
I did find a recipe with coffee when I searched for cappuccino muffins. So far all I have is a screenshot didn't try it yet.

Rally good coffee cake:
4 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c oil
1 tsp vanilla
3 tsp baking powder
2 cup flour
Mix together, then add:
1 c hot coffee (usually do abt 1 tsp coffee in cup hot water)
streusel:
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp cocoa
2 Tbsp sugar
Spray a tube pan and pour in about half the batter. Sprinkle all the streusel on top and poutr in the rest of the batter. (The streusel usually rises up, doesnt really matter)
Bake for about 50 min at 350. (check with toothpick- dont overbake)
When cool, top with glaze:
3 T oil
3 T hot water
1/2 T vanilla
1/2 T coffee and 1 tsp cocoa dissolved in 1 Tbsp hot water
aprox 3 c icing sugar- I put in slowly until a good consistency- add more sugar/water as necessary

Since this thread was bumped I may as well update. Tried the cappuccino recipe and it was not good at all. Tried it a second time with tweaks and still not good. Oh well.
