I’m planning on making homemade beef jerkey for shaloch monos . How in advance can it be made and be in the fridge . It’s time consuming since it’s on the dehydrator for a few hours and I need to do a few rounds . Wouldn’t mind doing advance but want it to stay fresh Tia

I read somewhere it lasts up to two weeks in the fridge. I've had it at the two-week mark, and it was still good. It's dehydrated, so by definition, beef jerky is meant to last for a while.
