Does anyone know if we should be drinking due to dehydration risk?
Has anyone asked their doctor or rabbi?

I’ve been fine although I’ve never taken a high enough dose that I was at risk for dehydration.
All I’ve been doing is having smaller meals. Fasting is easier. I’m not hungry until later.

Unless you have vomiting or diarrhea it’s not a problem.
