Don’t! 
One of the most annoying parts of parenting… only advice is make sure they’re completely ready and don’t be scared to give up and try again in a few weeks if it’s just not happening…

Make sure he's 10000% ready then it should be very fast. Currently going to start toilet training my 3 year old. Hoping it just takes a day or two like the others did
