Can someone please explain what the IRS and other revenue services were thinking when they put the hold music on?
Was the point to scare everyone away? Give everyone awful headaches? Just saying, it makes people irritable and irritable people are hard to deal with.
they should reach out to me for a playlist of good songs!

I called Morgan Stanley once and before the hold music there was a brief message that said the hold music was composed by their employees. And it was actually really nice!
