Yes, the cheap diamond testers will give a positive to both diamond and moissanite. But I've never heard of them faking it: they have a lot of external positive reviews and a 99.5% positive rating on Ali.

Yes, love Moissanite. It is a great alternative to diamond. I have bought from Ali with good results.
