Dh makes omelets a lot. He does it with only egg yolk out of a box. We don’t use teflon because it’s not healthy and use very little oil because it’s fattening

I love my Corningware pan - it cleans easily, I found this online

Glass pans are easier to clean with oven cleaner.
Or teach him to enjoy poached eggs (healthier too, with the vegies on the side).
Or embrace the burnt pan. Like the worn out pages of my Tehilim its the sign of a healthy kitchen!

Granite pan.
Or use more oil or butter.
Or cover it so the top cooks quicker and then the bottom doesn't need to sit for as long.
Or flip it more often.
