I bought one last January on QVC (got a very good deal)
I'll be honest my housekeeper is really rough with it - let's it fall, has scratches all over it, very rough with the pieces. When I bought it, she wasn't working for me and I when she started I didn't realize how careless she was with it Sad

Anyone know if they have a good warranty? I don't know if I registered it... but I've only had it for like 13-14 months and already the battery isn't charging and I just feel like it's starting to fall apart.

Also, if anyone has any other cheaper recommendations for a new cordless vacuum in case I need to replace this one that would be great
