How to dress him for shabbos? In the winter he insisted on white shirt and suit, but zi think it's better to go more lightweight comfortable in the summer.
Any links or ideas? Need very slim white shirts- shirt sleeve or long sleeve?
What pants??

He should wear what his friends wear:) he might be able to tell you. Probably navy pants and a white shirt.

Anyone have ideas of which pants specifically? Don't like the thick rigid pants foe the summer...
Long sleeve shirt?
He has no idea what his friends wear

Thanks for the suggestions. He needs to wear a real white shirt because he's already worn it this past season and won't "downgrade"
Quartion is if boys wear short sleeve or they stick to long sleeve of the regular white shirtd.
Also they sell the contrast collars/buttons- should I do that or stick to classic white?

My 7 year old is going to probably fight to wear long sleeves most of the time but we will get him to wear short during the day.
He wouldn’t wear with the colored trim etc just a regular white shirt

Wow.
My son just turned 8 , second grade and still wears colored tops
Got him shobbas clothes from lil leggs, hm. Local stores..
Friday night I give him a white shirt, I dont think any boys his age in my neighborhood wear only white shirts..

I’m guessing you are in a Chasidish area
Chasidish boys wear colored Shabbos shirts much older than litvish

Boys and Arrows makes beautiful white shirts with the cutest fit. They take a plain white shirt and makes it look dang adorable!

I did not check this season yet but I got a gorgeous navy linen pant for my ds last summer from Noma.
He's too old for me to dress him in other colors but a 7 year old I would do lighter colors like beige or ivory.
Check Luibelles site for boys pant options.

He should wear short sleeve white shirts for the summer.
Go to His Place jr. They have good quality thin, comfortable material shabbos pants and very good quality white shirts. You will probably want slim fit.

Not in Lakewood but if u r ok with non Jewish stores I got my almost 6 year old rlly nice shabbos shirts from
H&M
Rlly nice looking, textured white and some light colors..around $12. That and paired with lil legs pants which I love.
