I'm getting my face done for an upcoming wedding and I'm afraid I'll have to keep wiping my nose.

My nostril is not so big. It inevitably removes makeup.

Daven! Seriously. When I have a cold my nose runs like a faucet, non-stop. I had a sibling’s wedding a few months ago with a terrible cold and Hashem literally made a nes for me! It was running like crazy right before, but during and after I got it done it didn’t!

Make up your eyes a little more than usual, to draw attention away from your poor nose, and hope for the best.
Go easy on face blush. You will be red enough already.
Lipstick a little browner or paler than usual, not rosy.

Reminds me how I got a cold a day before my wedding and kept wiping my nose. At some point while getting ready someone yelled that from now until the end of the wedding there is no more blowing. You suck it in and deal with it. All the tissues were confiscated and that was that.

You can try cold medicine. I would probably go with a nasal spray like Afrin or Mucinex because they shouldn’t make you drowsy

Definitely take something
It works well
Like Sudafed non drowsy daytime
Or Advil cold and sinus
And bring some along for when the next dose is due
If you can’t sleep take one made for nighttime

Ask for some makeup and powder that the makeup artist used. Mine gives me the used sponge so I can dab some color back on.
