Given the fact that Pesach falls out on Sunday night. When do you plan on making the Seder Plate things? Or even the shulchan aruch food.
Any tips?

Leil haSeder is Monday night, not Sunday. We'll be cooking for the Seder on Sunday and Monday. (Mostly on Monday)
Shvi'I is in Sunday night, but I haven't really planned when to cook for that. Probably motzei Shabbos or Sunday, and maybe some on Yom Tov. There's a lot less pressure by then, and the kitchen is already in action for Pesach, so it's easier than the Seder.

I assume food for the meal at the Seder. Whether that be a traditional menu that is never altered, or whatever new recipe strikes your fancy.
The Seder plate is really not difficult to prepare.

Honestly, it's YT, and the meal part is pretty late- I make kugels ahead, but I put up the rest of the Seder food right before YT- chicken soup, chicken in sauce, roasted veggies plus the kugels.
