We'll have the usual, cucumber salad that everyone eats and is ready for me. I want a fancier one with maybe nuts and fruit in.
Also need dressing recipes please. I want to make sure to have everything in the house.

Posting anonymous bc I’m Famous for this salad
Chabad minhaggim friendly
Avocado cubed
Mango cubed
Naval oranges cubed
Lots of lettuce
Sliced red onion optional
Dressing:
Dry red wine
Orange juice
Tiny amount of lemon juice
Salt
Sprinkle with walnuts.
Sorry I don’t measure. But it never came out bad.

I make fruit salad with apples, oranges, grapefruit, walnuts and orange juice. my husband loves it.
I make tomato salad, just tomato with onion. sometimes I add cubed avocado.

One of our family favorites
Tomatoes chopped (I like to use colorful grape tomatoes for extra color)
Purple onion thinly sliced
Hearts of palm
Cubed avocado
Dress with large splash of lemon juice, drizzle of oil (light olive oil or avocado oil), salt and pepper

Beet salad with simple dressing of lemon juice, salt, oil and a bit of sugar.
Cucumber salad with the same dressing.
