Hi,
I have dry skin, early forties (some wrinkles) and not a lot of experience/knowledge in the makeup department. Soemone suggested that I use Bobbi Brown Liquid Foundation that's also a serum.....but it's expensive. I don't mind to buy it if it's really good and going to look nice on my skin - I don't like the heavy, cakey look - but don't want to buy it if it's not really going to look nice. I'm sure a store will have a tester that I can try - but I've tried makeup on in stores, it looks great and then I come home and it doesn't look good anymore! (Do stores have some special lighting that makes everything look good till you get home?!?!) So I don't want to rely on testing it at the store.
Any opinions out there? Is it worth it? Does it give a nice smooth, non heavy look for dry, fortyish skin???
Thanks.
