I'm not sure what you mean, but I prepare the noodles before shabbos, wrap them in foik, and put in the oven, NOT in the soup, and then serve them into the bowls when serving soup.
Did you keep them in the soup and they over inflated and turned to mush?

Thank you!!
Exactly what happened! There was no liquid left in the pot, just a huge mushy glob.
Beginner question but I just cook the noodles in water or soup before shabbos? Will the noodles stick together in the oven?

Cook noodles per package instructions & add cold noodles or room temp to soup bowls when serving.

Cook the noodles in water, add a tiny bit of oil to the noodles once drained so they don't glob together. Keep at room temp and add to bowls of soup
