Are there frum Russian speaking families in Baltimore?

We're looking to move OOT and would love to move somewhere where there's a "Russian presence".
We live in Brooklyn now and there are a ton here so it's nice to have so many Russian families here.

I don't think there is a community or kehilah but there are many Russian families, probably somewhat scattered.
Maybe others on here would know more...

That would be ideal (we're not part of his kehillah but know all those families well), but I understand it's not common.

There is a Russian shul and community. Rabbi diskind is the rav and actually speaks Russian
The area is called Millbrook and it’s behind Dunkin’ Donuts on the other side of Reisterstown
He has an organization Achim

We also have a russian chabad, which is uncommon in America, and the only one in Maryland. I work for them.

True. But I think its mostly elderly Russians, and its in a really unpleasant neighborhood. Like nobody much lives there, nobody with little kids.
