Where can I purchase challah dough in Boro Park tomorrow?

You can try your luck in any bakery.
(Though I don't think you can take challah from a store bought dough, maybe ask your Rav.)

If you are looking to do hafrasha, you need to make sure they didn't take. Also may be halachikly complicated so ask your LOR.
If you just want dough, besides bakeries many stores sell ready to bake frozen challa (Sterns) which I sometimes reshape (because I am lazy.) I am told it isn't so good to play with dough so much but my family never complained.

Even if the bakery didn't do hafrasha yet, if they sell pieces of dough that were originally one large dough, you can't do hafrasha on it.

I bought at KRM. There was a small floor ice cream freezer near the salmon that had Korns raw challah in pans.
