My baby only falls asleep in my bed or my husband's bed, and generally wants skin contact. It's become too much, so we want to sleep train. But he doesn't take pacifiers, have a blankie, or suck his thumb to calm down.

Any suggestions?

Buy a non weighted sleep sack arms can be out or tucked in.
He can’t have a pacifier is he’s sleep trained.

Never heard that about a pacifier, but he won't take one anyway.
He already is rolling over, so arms have to be out. We've tried sleep sacks, but they don't seem helpful Confused

She does it over the phone? I'm just so reluctant to pay for things that I probably already know... (Establish a routine, sound machine, dark room, letting baby cry for intervals, etc.)

I used her.
You have a free phone consultation with her. Then she’ll meet you over zoom and tell you how it works for your specific needs.
She has a log that she can see when you add the sleep for how long he slept what time he woke up if he did. What time he napped and how much bottles he had.
It takes two weeks but by day 5 my babies were getting the hang of it.
I can’t tell you her price for a singleton as I used her for twins. But I assume she’s $230 maybe a drop less.

First you stay with baby for ten minutes after day 3-4 you leave right away. If baby cried go in a soothe then leave. (Earlier days you stay another ten minutes) fits 3 days is one spouse second 3 days is the other spouse. Any day moving forward can be any spouse.

Oh boy, can't even imagine twins Can't Believe It

I'll keep it in mind, but I nurse on-demand, and baby is at the sitter when I go to work, which complicates a lot.

If the babysitter is willing to cooperate it’s worth it. If she’s not willing then it’s not worth to sleep train. (As she can mess it up)

How old is your baby? Different tactics can work better for different ages.
