I'm looking for the impossible really.

I'd like to have someone come to my house whenever my kids are off school. Before and after the summer, midwinter vacation and chanukah vacation, and before/after yomim tovim although that isn't a must.

Mainly for vacation and when school is out before and after summer.

I'd also very much prefer if it's a heimish lady. I don't want anyone non jewish in my house full day when I'm not home.

I have 2 kids.

Any leads or recommendations?

You need to pay a full time housekeeper for that to happen. Either that or find someone who works in the schools that had a babysitter and would be happy for you to hire her on the days she's not working
