How much rent can I charge for a short term, new, 5 bedroom duplex, furnished. Vacation home. No pool. I'm curious what the daily, Weekly, monthly rates could be?

I have no idea what area that is.
I own a 6 bedroom newer home in lkwd (10 years old) non furnished. We’re thinking of selling therefore have a tenant who’s just there while doing construction on their home. We’re getting 5k

That's a lot. Is that for the entire house including the basement?
