What kind of exercise can I do?

I do walk but I'd like to do more serious exercise. I used to do HIIT workouts and Zumba/aerobics but I have arthritis in my knees and ankles so these are out. I've had trouble walking for months and I'm just now getting back to walking but I wonder what other exercise can I do? I want to be fit but I don't want to be in pain or create further damage.
I cannot afford a personal trainer. I looked into classes in my area but they are all kinds I cannot do.
I don't live anywhere with a pool that has separate hours so that's also out.
Any ideas?

Low impact strength training, walking workouts
I do growwithjo videos everyday they're so good! Also great deal of variety
