I was ready for bed and then realized there was toothbrushes and books on the floor to be put away, clothes to put in the hamper, sippy cup to wash and clothes to prepare for tomorrow. Now I'm finally in bed.
If you're not in bed yet, what do you still need to do before you "close shop"?

I found out my mother told my mother in law something regarding my pregnancy that I wasn't planning on telling in laws... and then she claimed she thought she sent that text to someone else and I'm just so annoyed at her

I took my depressed teen out for a drive and a trip to some local stores from 10:45-11:45. Now he's BH sleeping. I need to sign my kids' homeworks, make a schedule for tomorrow and then off to bed it is!

There was an email doing the rounds a while ago about Mom and Dad going to bed.
Dad says goodnight - and goes to bed.
Mom says goodnight - and then remembers she has to first make the lunches, load the washing machine, tidy the toys....you get the idea!

Double lock the doors, make sure the stove knobs are off, unplug laptop chargers, roll down the shades
